Disputes are inevitable in business — how you handle them can define your company’s future. At Vidar Law, we approach litigation strategically, always aiming to resolve issues efficiently and in a way that supports your broader business goals. But when resolution isn’t possible, we’re fully prepared to go the distance.

We consider every angle: operational disruption, investor relations, industry reputation, and long-term growth.

The Early Case Assessment gives you a written legal memo — delivered within 2 business days — summarizing our read on your situation, your legal options, and what a path forward might look like.
Document review limit: 50 pages OR 3 core documents, whichever is less.
Documents due: All materials must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the call.
Memo delivery: A 1–2 page written memo will be delivered within 2 business days of the call.
Reschedule or cancel: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel without forfeiture.
The Early Case Assessment is an assessment product — not legal representation. It is designed to give you a clear-eyed picture of your situation so you can make informed decisions. If you decide to move forward with litigation or require ongoing legal counsel, that work is handled under a separate engagement agreement.
Whether you are preparing to bring a claim or responding to one, Vidar is ready to help. Contact us to discuss your dispute and create a litigation strategy that aligns with your business objectives.
